Characteristics
Datacard CR80 Magnetic Head Cleaning Cards is presaturated with 99.9% IPA solution, it is constructed from 45% cellulose and 55% polyester, cellulose features excellent absorbency which slow down the IPA from drying out. IPA solution is effective to remove ink, debris, residue built up on card printer rollers.
Datacard adhesive cleaning sleeves remove dust and tiny particles from blank ID cards before printing to ensure high quality printing effect and avoid introducing contamination to the printer.
It is designed to effectively remove the Ink Residue, Burnt on Debris, Dirt and Contaminants from the Printer Head.
CK-DCClean cleaning kit is a cost effective way to fully maintain your card printer transport rollers and print head.
Technical Specification
The substrate material of CR80 cleaning card is PVC and laminate on both sides with Blend Spunlace Cleaning Fabrics and it is pre-saturated with IPA solution and pouched in polyester laminated Aluminum Foil to provide excellent moisture vapor barrier properties. Datacard Adhesive Cleaning Sleeve utilized High / Low Tack Double Coated Polyester Film pressure sensitive tape as carrier to permanently stick onto the surface of Roller Core Substrate. Thermal Printer Cleaning Pen Barrel is filled with 99.9% Electronic Grade IPA Solution.
